In 4 weeks from now, you will LOOK ROCKIN’, you will FEEL EMPOWERED, STRONG, SEXY & PROUD of yourself! How does that sound as a welcoming gift for the New Year?
I’m not getting you on a fad diet or encouraging you to spend countless hours at the gym, but with a little extra planning, practical tips and tools and a strong mindset, believe me, you can work wonders in 4 short weeks. The secret is to push yourself out of your comfort zone on a daily basis. Little by little, you will notice changes and reach your goals by 2013.
So, what’s this challenge all about?
No matter where you stand today, whether you are already in somewhat of a good shape or just starting off your fitness journey, this challenge will definitely guide you into reaching your goals. I will not be setting up a specific diet plan or training program since I do not believe that one size fits all. Instead, I’ll be providing tons of useful information that will serve you as reference points along your journey to a fitter and happier you. This means that I’ll be sharing practical guidelines, mental fitness tips, helpful tools, healthy recipes, printable workouts, motivational articles that will get your mind setup for success, and much more. I also want you to stay accountable and this is why I invite you all to join my Facebook page so we can all encourage each other and get the support we need, when we need it most! The challenge officially begins on Tuesday (December 4th 2012), but I want you to prepare yourself before we launch in full speed. So make sure you sign up in the form below and I’ll be sending you your first 3 assignments on Tuesday!
