Bring out the Warrior Within!

First on the list, is the Les Mills Combat workout series, which is available in regular combat, supreme warrior, and ultimate warrior kits. Dan Cohen and Rach Newsham are the passionate fighters/trainers behind these warrior inspired Beachbody DVD series. In just sixty days, you can carve a lean & chiseled body through the use of their spanking nutrition guide and mixed martial arts routines. Get ready to punch, kick, block, and strike your way to an outrageously shredded body!

Train Insane or Remain the Same!

Also known as “the hardest workout ever put on DVD”, the Insanity workout was designed to get you in the best shape of your life, period! Weather your goal is to lose fat, sculpt muscles or simply get into athletic shape, Shaun T. will repeatedly push you through your limits to ensure you achieve the best possible results! The insanity workout DVD’s include: ab and core training, non-stop resistance training, strength and power intervals, and plyometric drills. Every hour, you can potentially burn 1,000 calories if you perform the workout as directed. Ready for an insane challenge?

Bootilicious in 2014?

Leandro Carvalho’s Brazil Butt Lift program will help you lift, tighten & reshape your behind. These workout routines are ideal for individuals who are looking for fast-working and effective DVD series that target the lower body. Once again, you get to choose from three kits – base, plus, and supreme. In all these kits, the TriAngle Training method is used to target the major groups of muscles, namely minimus, maximus, and medius muscles within your buttocks. Ready for your New Year booty makeover?

Fire up your Training Session!

The TurboFire, hosted by Chalene Johnson, is an intensive 90-day cardio conditioning program that will help you burn 9 times more fat & calories than traditional cardio will! As you might know, cardio can get kind of boring and repetitive, if you’re looking to spice up your routine and get amazing results while having a sweaty blast, you should definitely give it a try. Ready to turn you monotonous cardio session into a fat-melting party?

Another option is the Turbo Jam which claims that participants can burn a thousand calories every hour! The program is a combination of dance moves and kickboxing. So out of these mentioned, I started with Turbo Jam–loved it! I was so excited when Turbo Fire came out and since its more intense than Turbo Jam, it has remained my go-to for fun cardio and quick, intense hiits. Insanity is exactly that-insane! Doing the full program was so rewarding though and I love that it is bodyweight driven and you literally only need a mat for some of the workouts. 10-minute trainer is awesome for short routines that can easily be combined to make for a longer workout. It’s pretty low-impact too which is great for many people. Les Mills Combat and P90X3 are on my wish-list for future programs. Body Beast is what I’m currently doing to gain lean muscle.

Btw, P90X3 can only be purchased through a coach this month and is being sold at a discounted price with free shipping + a free hat–December only! Folks can contact me if they want more info.

Haha, I just love working out at home and they have the best programs for that, in my opinion ;) The name Body Beast can be a little off-putting for the ladies I must admit. It’s designed to build mass and bulk for the guys (hence the name) and lean muscle for the ladies. I’m excited to see what kind of results I can get!
