  • So out of these mentioned, I started with Turbo Jam–loved it! I was so excited when Turbo Fire came out and since its more intense than Turbo Jam, it has remained my go-to for fun cardio and quick, intense hiits. Insanity is exactly that-insane! Doing the full program was so rewarding though and I love that it is bodyweight driven and you literally only need a mat for some of the workouts. 10-minute trainer is awesome for short routines that can easily be combined to make for a longer workout. It’s pretty low-impact too which is great for many people. Les Mills Combat and P90X3 are on my wish-list for future programs. Body Beast is what I’m currently doing to gain lean muscle.

      • Haha, I just love working out at home and they have the best programs for that, in my opinion 😉 The name Body Beast can be a little off-putting for the ladies I must admit. It’s designed to build mass and bulk for the guys (hence the name) and lean muscle for the ladies. I’m excited to see what kind of results I can get!
