    I would love to win particularly to get the 30-day meal plan. I have my training dialled in but fall down when it comes to diet. I eat all the right stuff plus a little bit more of some of the treats ending up blowing my calories for the day. I keep doing this and I end up just maintaining my weight if not slowly gaining some back! Also, I like to change up my training so I don’t get bored and I think your body benefits from change.
