Healthy Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients per serving
1 1/2 banana (sliced & frozen), and a little bit of water, you can also use milk or a milk substitute (almond, soy…)
Blend bananas in food processor or powerful blender for a few minutes, adding milk or water to get desired texture.
Add your goodies to the mix 🙂
