What I love about this illustrative guide is that you can find many vegan options that will provide you with all the nutrients you need to energize and refuel your body.
I am not a strict vegan, but I have made a few changes in my overall diet after doing my own research and experimenting with various foods. I now enjoy much more vegan foods than I used too. Besides from that, I always try to pile up on fresh & organic fruits and veggies (which is not too hard during the summer since we have our own garden). I also try to avoid processed foods and eat as clean as I can, with the occasional treat of course!
