My first week of the “Lean and Mean Bad Ass Machine” Challenge is COMPLETE!
Here were my set goals
- 1-2 x P90X2 Yoga (DONE-1)
- Gluteus to the Maximus Workout (DONE)
- 2-3 x Short High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) (DONE-2)
- P90X2 Ab Ripper (DONE)
- Upper Body Strength Training (DONE)
