Summary of the week
This week went pretty well, I was looking forward to pushing in a few extra workouts but I hit “that time” of the month… you ladies might know what I’m talking about, so instead, I took it easy for a couple of days!
Here are the workouts I’ve completed:
- 12min. Tabata HIIT
- Gluteus to the Maximus Workout
- 20min. Total Body Circuit Training
