I got a little sick this week so I didn’t teach as many classes as usual but after 2 whole days in bed, my body was begging me to get active, so I went on and grabbed my barbels and did my thing! Oh boy do I miss weight training, I am definitely adding a weight training session into my training schedule from now on!
