- 1 x 45min. Lower & Upper body weight training

Awesome week yet again! I was planning on doing at least one additional workout but I felt sick on Saturday so instead I took a second day of REST. You should never get stressed out about not following your plan by the letter. Listen to your body, there is no use for overtraining and feeling drained-out and low energy all of the time, you simply wont get the results you are looking for without proper rest and recovery!
