- 1 x Teaching 45min. Buns & Thighs
- 1 x 4min. Tabata Training
- 1 x 40min. Upper/lower body Weight Training

This was my last week of teaching fitness classes full-time! I have to say that I am super hyped about starting my very own personalized workout program!!! Although I already miss my groups, I stopped feeling as fueled and energized as I once was when I began teaching my classes a few months back, it can really be draining…
Sometimes, all it takes to get back in the game is to take a break and let your body and mind relax. After a couple of days, you should start feeling the desire to exercise again… if not, do a little browsing online and find something inspirations (new workout playlist, join a fitness community, find a new workout program, etc.)
