Many interval training workouts can be done anywhere with no required equipment. If you’re looking to lose some of that stubborn fat while holding on to those hard-earned muscles, interval training might be just what you have always dreamt about. However, let’s not forget that these intensive workouts require your maximal effort and you can forget about comfort because in order to get the results that you are seeking, you will most definitely need to get out of that comfort zone!
