No matter where you are today in your fitness journey, you can make significant progress within 30 days. What I want to focus on during this challenge, is how to create balance and a pleasurable experience, because after all, that is the only way to develop STRONG HABITS that STICK! I don’t encourage you to go on some crash diet or to workout excessively, this would only create a sense of deprivation and frustration. Setting unrealistic weight-loss goals is usually the major culprit and will only get you further away from reaching your goal. Instead, I want you all to learn how to become strong warriors, inside out, and this takes daily practice, commitment and dedication but it’s surely worth your while!

Rule no.1) A Badass Warrior Babe Loves Herself
It’s important to always listen and cherish your body. Loving yourself means that you respect yourself, you know when your body needs rest and recovery, you do not starve yourself and treat your body poorly, instead you honor it and give it the full treatment. Also, you should be able to enjoy the occasional treat without having to feel guilty. If you feel tempted to binge or to stuff yourself, take the time to acknowledge what it is you really need, I’m pretty sure that it’s not a box of cookies. Instead, go put on some nice music, open up your journal or grab a blank paper & pen and draw, write, meditate, read an empowering article, take a long walk or enjoy a warm soothing bath, etc. A Badass Warrior Babe knows her limits but also knows how to forgive herself and move one when things get a little out of hand!
Rule no.2) A Badass Warrior Babe takes it One Day at the Time
Create daily ritual, connect with yourself, live for the moment. Yes it’s great to set yourself some long-term goals to know where you are heading but what really counts is that you are present in your journey, day after day. What can you do today to make tomorrow even better? Pre & post workout rituals can be a great option! You can start off by listening to music and getting in the zone, once you have finishes your workout, you can take a moment to appreciate the effort your body and mind has put into it, write down your achievement and reward yourself with a delicious and nutritious meal or a mini home spa treatment for example.
Rule no.3) A Badass Warrior Babe Always Does her Best, nothing more, nothing less
By no means does this mean that you need to be perfect 24/7. Some days, doing your best will be nearly as good as another, but if you respect yourself and give it all you got for each and every given day, you will reach your fullest potential and feel rewarded and grateful on a daily basis.
Rule no.4) A Badass Warrior Babe Does It for Herself
Not for some guy or for anybody else’s approval, because you already know how much you are worth. You choose to get in shape to feel empowered, strong and yes, sexy! You do so because you want to feel your very best in your own skin, because you want to feel energized, proud and confident and because you deserve nothing less!
Rule no.5) A Badass Warrior Babe gets Out of her Comfort Zone & Grows Daily
Again, this does not mean starving yourself or repeatedly working out when you feel tired and exhausted. However, you need to work those mind muscles and learn how to do thing even if it’s not exactly what you feel like doing at this very moment. When you lose motivation and don’t feel like being the Badass Warrior Babe that you truly are, the very first step to take is to reset your thought pattern by trying to ignite that feeling you once had when you decided to start this challenge or lifestyle. Secondly, if that does not work out for you, you should learn how to do things even when you don’t necessarily feel like it. For example, it’s Monday and you have schedules a pretty intense workout for yourself but you are just not feeling it. First off, you try to get your mojo back on by browsing through some YouTube workout videos, reading through your goals or finding some inspiration online (over here, on the battle page etc.). If that doesn’t seem to evoke a new desire to workout within , tell yourself that you will commit to doing only one or two sets of your workout and go for a nice walk afterward. Most of the time, what happens is that you get right back into the Badass Warrior Babe mode once you get started. Getting out of your comfort zone is a very powerful daily practice, it continuously expands your horizons and offers you opportunities that you would otherwise miss out on in life! Learn to get out of your comfort zone, one step at the time and welcome the magical experiences into your life!
Rule no.6) A Badass Warrior Babe knows that today’s labor will make up a better tomorrow!
Always remind yourself that by doing what you know is good for you and pushing through today, you will feel even more empowered and motivated tomorrow. You will feel inspired by your own progress and every single day will become more rewarding, more exciting, more fun!
