Hello everyone! So after my show on Saturday, I totally went crazy on some food!!! LOL!!! Of course with such binge eating comes bloating and loss of definition which is expected. After my show I ate some candy which I was craving and spaghetti, I love pasta so much! It was delicious but I did feel so sick because I haven’t eaten like that in so long!!! My body was in shock to say the least…
After a few days of bad eating and break from the gym my body was craving to get back into my clean eating and gym routine!! I won’t lie it was tough getting back in the gym after eating poorly and not going for a few days but It feels great to be back to normal again 🙂
I tried something new with cottage cheese (my favorite protein source/food ever!!!) I usually only added whey protein powder to plain Greek yogurt but I added it to my cottage cheese and it was sooooo delicious!!! Tasted like dessert and it’s jam-packed full of protein which is great after workouts!! Usually I would eat cottage cheese with cut up apples or berries but now mixing in protein powder is my new craze! Try it out if you get the chance!
