Welcome to another 5TT! I’m happy to bring you some new, super quick & effective HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts that you can start including in your training program today for some mega fat shredding & serious body toning!
As you might know by now, I’m a big HIIT fan. This super intensive training style is really a great way to boost your metabolism & speed up your fat loss, just in time for bikini season!
Most of these workouts don’t require any equipment what so ever but there are a few moves in the mix that use a pair of dumbbells.
If you’re just starting out with HIIT, you can perform 2 sets instead of 3 and perhaps reduce your exercise period to 20 seconds vs. 30.
Are you ready to get started? Set your Interval Timer to 10 sets of 30 sec. (exercise) and 5-10 sec. for your rest period in between each exercise.
Once you complete a full set, take a short break and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 sets (or less if you are a beginner). Ideally, you should rest for at least 1 day to recover properly before doing another HIIT workout.
