Zucchini fries are crusty on the outside & nice and soft in the inside, they are absolutely addictive, especially in combination with a healthy hummus spread, nomnomnom!
How to prepare zucchini fries: Simple!
Cut up 2 zucchini lengthwise in stick shapes (about the diameter of your finger)
- Add 1-2 pinches of salt
- Heat frying pan with 2 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
- Grill zucchini sticks a few minutes on each side until golden
Serve with hummus or white bean dip! Yum!
