There is no excuse to miss a workout, if your day is jam-packed, wake up 20 minute earlier and do a short HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), these intensive workouts are a great way to burn off that stubborn fat and shape-up all over in no time!
Have a Daily Ritual: Every morning as you wake up and any time of the day for that matter, take some time to visualize how you are moving towards your goals and how amazing you’re feeling day after day as you get closer and closer to them! You can write down your thoughts, affirmations, motivational quotes in a journal to keep you motivated and in the zone!
