Summary of the week:
- 1 x 21min. Elliptical HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
- 1 x 10min. Freestyle Quickie Workout
- 1 x 12min. High Intensity Freestyle Total Body Workout
I had some nice, short and effective workouts during this past week! I’m absolutely loving my new HIIT routine on the elliptical, instead of doing the regular high/low intensity, I switched it up and I’m now using increased resistance (level) during my high intensity sets. I’m definitely feeling the burn twice as much!
22nd July: 21min. Elliptical HIIT
24th July: 10min. Freestyle Quickie Workout
26th July: 12min. Total Body Circuit (high intensity)
