1. Get Sweaty Betty!
Often times, you’ll have the BEST workout when you least feel like getting your sweat on. Remember that getting started is the hardest part, so without overthinking it, put your stylish workout combo on and Just Do It!
2. Purge your Dirt…
And crappy emotions along the way! Open the windows, wash your laundry & your sheets, sweep the floor, scrub those dishes & freshen up your space with some homemade lavender spray & don’t forget to play your favorite tunes while getting your modern housewife groove on!
