I’m a huge believer of high intensity training and compound movements. The number one reason for me is the time efficiency! You really don’t need to train for hours to burn fat and have a healthy, toned body.
My whole life changed since I started to workout on a regular basis. My personal fitness program made me feel stronger and healthier simply because I had more mind clarity, energy and more “get up and go” to get things done. My confidence increased and this positively affected my professional career and social life as well.
My main goal is to stay healthy, fit and strong. I’m super busy and constantly short on time so I train three times per week for around 20 minute each. This way I’m only investing between 60 to 80 minutes per week in my fitness and that’s all it needs. Beside working out I also follow a regular yoga routine two times per week. This helps me to calm down and relax my body and mind.
With my workouts I always like to keep it simple!
I’ll share with you one of my favorites:
8 rounds for time:
- 10 push ups
- 10 squat jumps
- 10 crunches
- 10 scissors
Do those four exercises as fast as possible and track your time. This maybe look like an easy one, but it’s actually super challenging. Always try to compete with yourself an be better than last time.
