June Fitness Challenge – Guidelines & Tips
- Each week comprises of FIVE 10-20min. Fat Blasting & Muscle Sculpting Bodyweight Workouts that can be done from ANYWHERE (no equipment is required) + 1 Yoga Sequence & of course a REST DAY so that you can rest, restore & get optimal results!
- You will receive a 14-day workout program that you can repeat twice in order to obtain a full monthly fitness challenge
- These workouts are Convenient, Effective & Appropriate to ALL Fitness Levels & designed to speed up fat loss while toning and strengthening your entire body in a functional and balanced manner
- Daily Workout Infographics will be shared via Facebook (make sure you LIKE our official page) – workouts will also be linked to one day in advance in the Workout Schedule below
- Share your workouts, progress, healthy recipes & rituals with the rest of the My Fit Station community using the hashtag #FitFabFunctional on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google +, Pinterest, you name it)!
- Don’t forget to Fuel your Body for Optimal Results! Nutrition is obviously a key component to effective weight loss, optimal body composition, good performance & recovery and general health. What to expect from this Challenge?
Not convinced that 10-20min. bodyweight quickie workouts can transform your body & health?
Our high intensity, fat blasting & total body sculpting workouts are especially designed to shed off stubborn fat, these metabolic trainings circuits bring your body in an EPOC aka “Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption” state which triggers the body to elevate its fuel consumptions –> breaking down fat stores for energy use, resulting in ongoing fat shredding even hours after you’re done exercising.
Combining high intensity, fat burning cardio moves with functional bodyweight exercises is optimal for fat loss, building a strong foundation & toning up your entire body in a functional and effective manner. I’ve come by many people who appear to be fit, yet when faced with real life physical challenges, fail to perform because their bodies simply aren’t trained to be fit, rather to simply appear so.
