Let me put it this way, I have never successfully lost weight by going on a diet and trying to plan everything out to a T, every workout, every meal, every supplement intake and what not. And by “successful”, I mean – enjoying the process & keeping the weight off on the long run.
I won’t deny that hard work pays off, if you train regularly and nourish your body according to your goals and needs, you will certainly reach your goals at one point or another. BUT there are a couple missing element to this mainstream equation which I believe to be just as indispensable.

Movement is just like free therapy, if not better (and cheaper), take advantage of it all, explore new ways of getting active, and discover new recipes – it’s all a celebration!
Say what!? No, I’m not referring to eloping or a distinct phobia of speaking (also known as “lalophobia”)… I’m talking about “Living A Life Of Purpose & Excitement”! This is just as essential to reaching any goal, you’ve got to design a life that truly, deeply, authentically, lights you up. Envision your ideal scenario and get out there and manifest it – all those things you wanted to do in life, it’s time to honor them and actually DO them honey. Living a meaningful, purposeful & exciting life might be the missing piece of the puzzle for many when it comes to weight loss because so often, we tend to pass out on a good workout or eat emotionally when we don’t feel motivated or good about ourselves, it’s kind of a vicious cycle. On the flip side, if you cherish your needs and deep, authentic desires – taking care of yourself becomes an enjoyable ritual and no longer another task that you pretend to enjoy but really wish you could escape.
