Today’s Workout – Pyramid scheme as follow:
- Round 1: 20 Reps/exercise
- Round 2: 18 Reps/exercise
- Round 3: 16 Reps/exercise
Keep deducting 2 reps for each round until you reach 2 reps per exercise as your final round!
- Plank Jack
- Sit Up
- Cossack Lunge
- High Knees
